Field of Application
Construction rebar is typically used in monolithic civil and industrial construction for reinforcement, binding, and load distribution between reinforced concrete structures.
Ribbed rebar is used to create frameworks for railway foundations, monolithic buildings, bridges, tunnels, reinforced concrete floor slabs, and more. By reinforcing concrete structures, loads are properly distributed among structural elements, increasing their strength, load-bearing capacity, and resistance to deformation and thermal expansion.
Smooth rebar is used for reinforcing small concrete products (columns, curbs, thresholds), strengthening joints between block or brick masonry, concrete screeds, manufacturing hardware products (pins, bolts), installing building lightning protection systems, producing welded meshes, metal structures, and more.
