• Quality and accuracy improvement (rolling and calibration after the billet is cooled with water).

2. Cold-rolled – a high-precision seamless pipe obtained from a hot-rolled sleeve that has undergone double rolling: first in a hot state (like a hot-rolled pipe), and then in a cold state by deformation in rolls (without heat treatment or calibration). During production, cold-rolled pipes are treated with special emulsions and oils, which improve surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Cold-deformed seamless pipes are available in sizes from 5 × 0.3 mm to 250 × 24 mm.
